During the Summer: Kitzbühel is the golfing centre of the Alps. There are 9 holes at the A-ROSA Kitzbühel Golf Club and 3 other courses nearby. In total there are 19 courses in the region. During the winter: You can go hiking, skiing, Nordic walking or mountain biking in the nearby mountains. You can see the Streif Slope, arguably the most famous ski slope in the world, from the resort.
By car: - Coming from Munich, take the motorway from Munich to Salzburg and then the Inntalautobahn towards Innsbruck. - Exit at Kufstein Süd (the Austrian motorway is free until this point). - After the exit change onto on the B178 in the direction of St. Johann and then take the B161 via Thurn to Kitzbühel. - After the first roundabout turn left at the tennis centre - Follow this street for about 500 metres uphill until you come to the resort. - Coming from Salzburg, take the B20 to Walserberg and then continue towards Bad Reichenhall, Lofer and Innsbruck. - Follow the B178 towards St. Johann and then the B161 via Thurn to Kitzbühel. - Then as above. - Coming from Innsbruck, take the Inntalautobahn towards Kufstein/Salzburg. - Exit at Wörgl Ost and then change onto the B170 to Kitzbühel. - Then as above. By train: - Take the train to Kitzbühel. - The train station is about 1.5 km from the resort. - A pick up service is available on request. By plane: - Fly to Innsbruck, Salzburg or Munich and then take the car or train.
